    On September 2nd every year we will celebrate the wonderful life and legacy of Billy’s talented music in which touched the soul of the world....

    ....his fingers danced across the piano keys with joy and spirit that blessed so many ears from  gospel roots to rock royalty....

    .....he brought light into every room, every studio, every stage.

    He was not just the "Fifth Beatle" _ he was a force of nature. His sound was electric, his smile was golden, and his heart full of grace.

    The Billy Preston Foundation was founded in 2023 by Lettie Preston, sister of Legendary Billy Preston to honor his legacy through music, education, and philanthropy.  

    Goals of The Billy Preston Foundation

    • Preserving Billy’s legacy

    • Educational Scholarships

    TBPF Planned Projects

    • The annual Billy Preston birthday month

    • Recognition of other musical legends

    • Placing a bust of Billy and other musicians in a park.

    • Providing musical equipment to organizations serving underprivileged youth desiring to excel in music.
